Allergies shouldn’t be a daily issue or even a seasonal one. There are alternatives and effective ways to combat the symptoms without use of medications. Here are my top three favorite remedies:

• Local Bee Polen & Honey
• Standard Process Supplement- Allerplex
• Standard Process Supplement- Antronex

Local bee polen and honey builds immunity to the local allergens in the area, while also supporting your local economy and farmers. Many of these products can be found organic and without pestisides. TOPIC: Sit and be Fit

TIME: 2:00pm- 3:00pm

ABOUT: Dr. Canter will be sharing tips and low impact exercises that everyone can use even those with disablitiies. These stretches and tips are also great to do in your office or on an airplane. Canter Chiropractic will also have samples of Nano Greens and Nano Reds for guests to sample. Light refreshments and appitizers will be served.
Guests and non-residence are welcome to come- open event.
