Allergies shouldn’t be a daily issue or even a seasonal one. There are alternatives and effective ways to combat the symptoms without use of medications. Here are my top three favorite remedies:

Local Bee Polen & Honey

Local bee polen and honey builds immunity to the local allergens in the area, while also supporting your local economy and farmers. Many of these products can be found organic and without pestisides. Sat. 28th Event in Encinitas

Canter Chiropractic is pleased to be a sponsor and have a booth at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society Adoption Fair this Saturday. This event will have great activities for the whole family, even a blessing of the animals. There are several fantastic vendors and other pet rescues going to be present. This will be one fun, furry time. Nano greens will also be in our booth giving out healthy, yummy, energy packed drink samples. Dr. Canter also is going to be raffling of a $50.00 gift certificate and whole food supplements for joints.
